THE ART OF ACTIVISM

Our relationship with the Center For Artistic Activism started in 2021 with "The Art of Activism: Making the Impossible Possible," a 372-page guide to creating progressive change by mixing the emotional power of art with the strategic planning of activism.

Written by "The Steves," C4AA co-founders Stephen Duncombe and Stephen Lambert—who drew the over 200 illustrations in the book—"The Art of Activism" draws on pop culture, mainstream marketing, cultural studies, cognitive science and historic case studies to help activists think beyond the march and create campaigns and actions with "æffect" the public.

Now in its second printing, "The Art of Activism" is available from O/R Books.
